MASTER OT J004131.52+410714.2 - Possible Nova ?? ?31

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 41m 31.52s +41d 07m 14.2s on 2016-12-28.63345 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.4m (limit 19.7m).

The OT is seen in 20 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-11-24.72753 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.3m.

Spectral observations are required.
