MASTER OT J021951.96-692659.6 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, current ampl>4.8m
MASTER-OAFA (Argentina, San Juan National Univeristy's Observatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar) auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 02h 19m 51.96s -69d 26m 59.6s on 2016-10-18.23277 UT.
The OT magnitude in unfiltered is 17.2m (limit 18.3m).
The OT is seen in 7 images (2016-10-18 04:54:01.004-07:06:00.005). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-13.27069 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.8m. The nearest in time image is in MASTER-SAAO database on 2016-09-22 22:21:27UT with mlim=19.6
There is unfiltered m_OT=16.4 on 2016-01-27 22:35:59.842UT (3 images) in MASTER-SAAO database.
There is only GSC2.3.2 with fmag=20, it means 22m POSS limit and short(several days) outbursts duration (not red star).
Spectral observations are required.
