MASTER OT J035109.53+152856.9 discovery - high amplitude bright optical transient outburst
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 51m 09.53s +15d 28m 56.9s on 2016-09-16.23091 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (mlim=18.6m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There are 2 images with OT in MASTER-Argentina at 2016-09-16 08:26:54UT
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-14 04:06:03UT, 2015-12-14.12236 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m in MASTER-IAC.
There is no any object in VIZIER inside 15" (22m POSS limit)
There is no any object at SDSS images.
There is neibouring Sloan galaxy (ra=57.77482,dec=15.45611) with umag=25.22,gmag=25.26,rmag=24.18.
that gives the upper limit for our OT and more then 8mag amplitude of its current outburst.
Spectral observations are required.
