MASTER OT J173509.92-615941.3 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>2m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 35m 09.92s -61d 59m 41.3s on 2016-01-29.06019 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.1m (limit 18.3m).
There are 6 images with m_OT=15.1. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-01-31.06784 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER Ot J183000.82+142953.9 discovery - possible UVCet-type flare

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 30m 00.82s +14d 29m 53.9s on 2016-02-03.28032 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (limit 18.2m).
The OT is seen in 4 images(60s exposition)

There is a red Sloan star at this place, so it seems to be UVCet flare.
