MASTER OT J034502.66+203841.8 detection

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 45m 02.66s +20d 38m 41.8s on 2016-01-21.90590 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8m (the limit is 18.8m). There are 3 images with unfiltered m_OT=16.7. There is no minor planet at this place.
MASTER-IAC preliminary photometry of its previous observations is the following:

2015-10-15 04:30:08.153 19.7
2015-11-17 03:07:37.835 19.5
2015-12-14 01:48:19.914 19.6

This star is in Pleiades direction.

This source is in 4248.2E 4878.2S from the diffuse nebula IC341.

Spectral observations are required.
