We report the independent discovery and follow-up observations of the possible nova in M31 (see ATEL #518) on unfiltered CCD images (June 15.1038, 15.9 mag; 15.1053, 15.7; 17.0813, 16.9) obtained with the REMO1 telescope of the Observatori Astronomic de Mallorca OAM (620), Costitx, Spain (30cm f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope with an SBIG STL-1001 1k x 1k CCD camera with 24mu sq. pixels). As position we obtain RA = 00h 45m 05.2s, DEC = +41° 33' 39.8" with an accuracy of 0.3".
