A stacked image created through the co-addition of 22 unfiltered images taken by the NEAT collaboration and 23 images in the RG610 filter taken by the Palomar-Quest Consortium at the Palomar Oschin Schmidt telescope (obtained from Aug. 2001 - Jul. 2007), reveals a faint source (S/N = 3) at magnitude 23.3 at the location of the SNF20070825-001 (see ATEL http://www.astronomerstelegram.org/?read=1212 ). This is calibrated relative to USNO-B1.0 R. If this source is the host, its absolute magnitude would be near -14, comparable to the faint star-forming host of SNLS SN03D3bb.
