MASTER OT J144027.85+482551.2 discovery - new OT, ampl>4.5m
MASTER-Tavrida auto-detection system( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 14h 40m 27.85s +48d 25m 51.2s on 2017-06-14.80883 UT during Fermi trigger 519133191 inspection (GRBtime=17/06/14 11:39:46.66, NoticeTime with Rer.b.=1.86d is 19:06:22UT, RADec(2000)=14 42 50 +47 30 00).List of Optical Transients discovered by MASTER
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (mlimit 19.6m).
The OT is seen in 9 inspection images.
We have reference image without OT on 2017-05-22.85682 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.4m.
There is no any sources in VIZIER database (-> 22m POSS limit and more then 4.5m of outburst amplitude).
But this area was covered during HI survey by Leiden/Argentine/Bonn Survey and later by Parks and Effelsberg-Bonn H I Survey .
Spectral observations are required.
