MASTER OT J103625.83-360228.3 discovery - new OT, ampl>3.2m, no VIZIER sources (dwarf nova?)

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 36m 25.83s -36d 02m 28.3s on 2017-05-22.75738 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.7m (mlim=19.7).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. There is no any known source in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 3.2 of current outburst amplitude.
We have reference image on 2017-04-19 01:25:52UT with unfiltered mlim=19.6 (MASTER-OAFA), on2014-12-24.02627 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.0m (MASTER-SAAO).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J171752.02-070654.6 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>3.4

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 17m 52.02s -07d 06m 54.6s on 2017-05-19.90319 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.1m (mlim=20.1).
The OT is seen in 3 images on 19May (21:40:36.201, 21:56:10.255, 22:11:13.903UT, m_OT=17.1)and on 2017-05-22 21:22:09.073UT with m_OT=17.0
We have reference image on 2016-04-18.97676 UT with unfiltered mlim= 18.9m.
There is USNO-B1 star with B2=21.00,R2=20.32, it means more then 3.4m of current outburst amplitude (MASTER W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1)
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at:

MASTER OT J082736.60+662332.6 - UVCet flare, ampl>6m

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system detected UVCet flare at (RA,Dec)= 08h 27m 36s.60 , +66d 23m 32s.6 on 2017-05-06 23:19:01.984UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude in max was 15.5m (mlim=19.0).
There is a Sloan star with rmag=21.5
The flare images are available at
